Use AIGifsMaker only with content you are authorized to process and for lawful, consensual purposes.
Prohibited material
Do not create or upload child sexual exploitation material, explicit sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation, violent threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, fraud or other illegal material. Do not use the service to facilitate wrongdoing.
Photo uploads and consent
Do not upload NSFW photos, including nudity or sexually explicit content. Do not upload another person’s portrait or a minor’s photo for sexualization, harassment, exploitation, deceptive impersonation or any other improper purpose. Obtain appropriate permission for identifiable people. Do not impersonate someone deceptively, sexualize a person without consent, or create content intended to defame, extort or mislead others about their actions.
Intellectual property
Respect copyright, trademark, publicity and privacy rights. You are responsible for permissions and for reviewing outputs before publication. Generated output is not proof of ownership, originality or clearance.
Service integrity
Do not bypass safety checks, steal credentials, probe other users’ files, disrupt the service, exploit payment or credit handling, automate fraudulent registrations, or exceed authorized access.
Review and enforcement
Prompts are reviewed before AI tasks are accepted. Review is not a guarantee that every output is appropriate. We may reject, restrict or suspend prohibited use and preserve evidence needed for security or legal obligations. Report concerns with the relevant reference to support@aigifsmaker.com.
