Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. Use accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. If acting for an organization, you must be authorized to accept these terms. Report unauthorized account activity to support.
The service
We provide browser-based video and image-sequence GIF conversion and account-based AI GIF generation. Local source files remain on your device. AI prompts and reference photos are processed by the configured generation service. Outputs vary and must be reviewed before use. The application limits GIF files to 30 MB.
Plans and credits
Starter costs $9.90 per month with 600 credits. Pro costs $19.90 per month with 1500 credits. A one-time Credits 250 pack costs $4.99 and supplies 250 credits. Verified new accounts receive 30 credits once. Applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout. The selected AI generation cost is displayed before submission.
Billing and cancellation
Waffo Pancake handles current checkout and payment processing. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel through Manage subscription in Billing or contact support from your registered email. Cancellation stops future renewals and preserves paid access through the current period. It does not automatically refund prior charges.
Credit lifecycle
Subscription credits refresh at each billing period and unused subscription credits do not roll over. Separately purchased credit-pack credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Confirmed technical generation failures return the deducted generation credits once. Payment refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
Content and rights
You must have the rights and consent needed to upload input and use output. Commercial use is permitted subject to these terms, provider restrictions and applicable law. We do not guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection, identity accuracy or freedom from third-party rights. You retain your input rights and authorize processing needed to provide the requested service.
Storage and deletion
Saved outputs retain the policy in effect when created: 7 days on Free, 90 days on Starter, and 365 days on Pro. Access stops at expiry; scheduled cleanup deletes expired stored outputs. Downloaded copies cannot be revoked. Changing plans does not extend existing files automatically. Account deletion requires resolution of active jobs, pending purchases and ongoing subscriptions. It removes account access and owned media while retaining anonymized financial records needed for billing, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
Acceptable use and availability
The Acceptable Use Policy applies to all inputs and outputs. We may reject prohibited requests or suspend misuse. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular creative result. A network timeout does not establish provider failure; uncertain jobs may require reconciliation.
Responsibility and changes
You are responsible for reviewing results and using them lawfully. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of a particular outcome. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Material changes will be communicated on the site or to the account email before they apply where required.
