Refund Policy

For billing or refund requests, contact support@aigifsmaker.com from your registered account email and include your order reference.
First-purchase refund window
You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment or first credit-pack purchase within seven calendar days of successful payment when none of that payment’s credits have been used. We verify the payment and credit ledger before approving a request. This voluntary policy does not limit mandatory statutory rights or correction of duplicate charges.
Used credits and renewals
Completed periods, renewal payments and purchases whose credits have been used are generally not refundable under the voluntary first-purchase policy. A creative result differing from your preference is not a technical service failure. Contact support about suspected billing errors or circumstances covered by applicable law.
Failed generation
Confirmed provider failures and terminal timeouts return the task’s deducted credits once. This is a credit adjustment, not a cash refund. Unknown submission outcomes are reconciled before a financial outcome is assigned. Closing the browser or stopping status polling does not cancel an accepted provider job.
Refund processing
Approved cash refunds are processed through the original payment provider where supported. Processing time depends on the provider and bank. Do not send full card numbers or security codes to support. Partial or ambiguous refunds require manual review rather than an assumed credit adjustment.
Credits and access after refund
A full successful credit-pack refund revokes that pack’s credited amount once. If credits were spent while the refund was processing, the balance may become negative and requires support reconciliation before further generation. Subscription access and unused cycle credits are adjusted through the verified subscription lifecycle.
Canceling future renewals
Use Manage subscription in Billing to cancel renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not itself request a refund. Contact support if you cannot access the portal.
