Billing questions
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Starter and Pro renew monthly until canceled. The checkout shows the recurring amount, applicable tax and billing terms before payment. Cancel through Manage subscription in Billing to stop the next renewal.
What happens to unused monthly credits?
Subscription credits refresh each billing period and do not roll over. Credits purchased separately are preserved. Cancellation keeps access through the paid period; its unused subscription allocation expires when that entitlement ends.
Do credit packs expire?
One-time Credits 250 credits do not expire. A pack adds credits without upgrading your plan’s watermark, concurrency, export limits or retention. Your existing plan continues to determine those entitlements.
Can I cancel at any time?
You may request cancellation at any time through the subscription portal. It takes effect at the end of the current period. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not itself issue a payment refund.
When can I request a payment refund?
The refund policy provides a seven-day first-purchase window when none of the relevant credits have been used, subject to verification and applicable statutory rights. Contact support with the order reference. Approved full refunds revoke the corresponding credits.
How many GIFs do credits buy?
The Standard 8-frame quote is 20 credits for text or 25 for a photo. Detailed quality and more frames cost more. The Generate button always shows the selected quote before submission.
