This policy explains how TANG XILIANG, operator of AIGifsMaker in China, handles information for aigifsmaker.com. Privacy requests: support@aigifsmaker.com.
Local conversion
Video-to-GIF and image sequencing run in your browser. We do not upload their source files. If you choose Save to My GIFs, the completed output is uploaded to your private library. Files you download remain under your control.
Information we process
Accounts contain your email, name, password hash or linked Google identity and session information. AI jobs include your prompt, reference photo, settings, status, output and credit usage. Payment records contain order references, amounts, currencies and verified payment or subscription status. We also process necessary security and operational logs and support correspondence.
Purposes and providers
We use data to authenticate accounts, perform requested generation, store private outputs, maintain billing and credits, prevent abuse and provide support. Cloudflare hosts Workers, D1 and R2 and supplies Turnstile. Atlas Cloud processes AI generation, Waffo supplies prompt safety review and payment processing, Resend or Cloudflare handles service email, and Google handles optional sign-in. Payment card details are entered with the payment provider rather than stored by AIGifsMaker.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies maintain authentication and security. Browser storage preserves pending generation drafts for up to two hours and interface preferences. If configured, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and tool events. We exclude raw prompts, source filenames, private media URLs, email addresses and authentication tokens from those events. Browser privacy controls can restrict analytics. We do not operate an advertising or personal-data resale service.
Retention
Saved outputs retain the policy in effect when created: 7 days on Free, 90 days on Starter, and 365 days on Pro. Access stops at expiry; scheduled cleanup deletes expired stored outputs. Downloaded copies cannot be revoked. Changing plans does not extend existing files automatically. Reference uploads and job records are retained while needed for requested processing, support, account operations or applicable obligations. Account deletion removes owned reference uploads and stored outputs; financial records remain linked to an anonymized, disabled subject. Provider-held copies follow the relevant provider policies. No universal deletion deadline for third-party systems is promised.
Access and security
Private media delivery checks the signed-in owner. The generation provider receives a scoped, expiring reference URL when a task needs your photo. We use HTTPS, password hashing, authenticated access and administrative permissions. No system guarantees complete security; access to a downloaded copy is outside these controls.
International processing
Infrastructure and service providers may process data outside your country. Applicable protections and transfer arrangements depend on the provider and jurisdiction. Contact us to request information about the processing relevant to your account. We do not claim certifications or contractual arrangements that have not been established.
Your choices and rights
You can review your library and billing, delete saved outputs, change account details, and request account deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete data, object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact support from your account email so we can verify your request.
Age and updates
The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information. Service emails cover account, security and billing operations. We will publish updated policies and communicate material changes where required.
